We take you to the dense forests, deep waters and then show you the impeccable beauty that is spelt as Taj Mahal. On this 15/16 days tour you get to see, Agra, Chambal, Bharatpur, Ranthambore, Gir, Bhitarkanika and Kaziranga.
Day 01 Arrival day in Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, our representative will meet, assist and transfer you to the hotel. Later in the day we set out for a sightseeing tour of Delhi that may include India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Qutab Minar, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk Late evening back to the hotel, welcome dinner along with a briefing session at the hotel and overnight at the hotel in Delhi.
Early morning check out from the hotel and you will be transferred to Railway Station in time to connect morning train to Agra (2.5 hrs). Breakfast will be on board. On arrival in Agra, our representative will meet you and you will be taken for a guided tour of Taj Mahal, a symbol of eternal love which was built by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant at Agra. Post Lunch visit Agra Fort and later in the evening drive to Chambal Valley (70 kms /1.5 hrs). Check in at the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge in Chambal.
Day 03 Chambal / Bharatpur
Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast you will be taken for a guided boat cruise of Chambal’s lush green fields, remote little hamlets, majestic ruins, stark ravines, and the clear blue-green Chambal river, combined with grace and beauty of its residents to create an island of tranquility and raw natural beauty. Lunch at the lodge. Post lunch drive to Bharatpur (200 kms/ 4 hrs). Reach Bharatpur by late evening and transfer to hotel. Check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Bharatpur
Day 04 Bharatpur / Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore)
Today, pre-breakfast enjoy bird watching tour at the National Park in the picturesque surrounding and chirping of birds around you. Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary (Keoladeo Ghana National Park) is famous as one of Asia’s finest birding areas, with over 380 resident and migrant species, including the Common, Demoiselle and the rare Siberian Cranes. It is also an excellent place to watch mammals like Golden Jackal, Striped Hyena, Fishing Cat, Jungle Cat, Nilgai, Sambar, Blackbuck and wild Boar. To observe the flora of the park from close quarters, you can take a boat trip in the lake where most animals and birds come to quench their thirst. Later back to your forest lodge, late breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast you can again explore the Bird Sanctuary. Lunch will be served at the hotel. In the evening check out from the hotel and transfer to Railway Station in time to connect your evening train to Sawai Madhopur (180kms / 3 hrs). Up on arrival in Sawai Madhopur you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Sawai Madhopur.
Day 05 Sawai Madhopur (Ranthanbore)
Early morning safari to Ranthambore National Park exploring Bengal Tigers. Besides tigers, Sambhar, Spotted Deer (Chital), Blue Bull (Nilgai), Chinkara (Indian gazelle) and Wild Boar can also be seen. The other large mammals that can be seen in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are the Sloth Bear, Indian Fox, Jackal, few Indian wild dogs (Dhole), Small Indian Civet, Palm civet, Common Indian and Ruddy Mongoose and Striped Hyena. Back to hotel for lunch. Post lunch again visit to National Park to explore the wildlife. Later back to hotel by late evening. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Ranthambore.
Day 06 Sawai Madhopur / Jaipur
Early breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Jaipur (160 km / 3 hrs). Upon arrival we will check-in at our hotel and post lunch we visit the Pink City of Jaipur. On this tour of Jaipur we will visit City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Drive past Hawa Mahal and visit Amer Fort. Back to hotel and overnight at hotel in Jaipur.
Breakfast at the hotel and post breakfast we will check-out and transfer to the airport in time to connect our flight to Ahmedabad. Arrive Ahmedabad and our representative will meet, assist and take you on a short guided tour of Sabarmati Ashram (Gandhi Museum), Sidi Sayed Mosque and Heritage Houses of Poles. Later you will be transferred to Railway station with packed dinner in time to connect your overnight train to Veraval (430 kms / 9 hrs). Overnight on board your train.
Day 08 Ahmedabad / Sasan Gir
Arrive Viraval in the morning and drive to Sasan (40 kms) and you will be transferred to Jungle Resort. Breakfast at the resort and day up to lunch at leisure. Lunch at the resort and post lunch you will take a Jeep Safari to explore the Gir National Park famous for its Asiatic Lions. Later back to the resort. Dinner and overnight at resort in Sasan.
Day 09 Sasan / Ahmedabad
Early morning safari at Gir National park. Back to resort for breakfast. Rest of the day free to explore by own. Later in the evening check out from the resort and drive to Veraval Railway Station (40 kms) in time to connect your evening train to Ahmedabad (430 kms / 9 hrs). Packed dinner will be served on board. Overnight on board your train.
Day 10 Ahmedabad / Bhubaneshwar
Upon arrival in Ahmedabad, transfer to hotel for breakfast and wash & change at a nearby hotel. Later transfer to airport in time to connect your late morning flight to Bhubaneshwar via Mumbai. Lunch will be served during the course of your journey. Arrive Bhubaneshwar by evening and transfer to hotel. Check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Bhubaneshwar.
Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast drive to Chandabali (150 kms / 4 hrs). Later take a motorboat cruise to reach Dangamal Island. At Dangamal, check in at the Forest Resort. Lunch at the resort. Post lunch cruise to different creeks to spot crocodiles. Bhitarkanika National park is the land of lush green mangroves, migrating birds and turtles, the menacing estuarine crocodiles, meandering water courses, tranquil surrounding intercepted by the chirping of birds and the ever embracing nature, entrails visitors from near and far off places to flock these unique places of tourist importance. Back to resort. Dinner and overnight at the Jungle Resort in Dangamal.
Day 12 Bhitarkanika / Bhubaneshwar / Kolkata
Breakfast at the Jungle Resort. Post breakfast motorboat cruise to Ekkakula (4 hrs). On reaching Island you can see wild boars, hyenas and jackals. Dolphin can also be spotted in the sea. Later back to Bhubaneshwar (75 kms) and transfer to Railway station in time to connect your late evening train to Kolkata. (450 kms / 7.5 hrs). Dinner and overnight on board your train.
Early morning arrival at Kolkata Railway Station and transfer to hotel for wash and change. Breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast transfer to airport in time to connect your late morning flight to Guwahati (1.5 hrs). Arrive Guwahati and lunch will be arranged at a local restaurant. Post lunch scenic drive to Kaziranga National Park (225 kms / 5 hrs). Reach Kaziranga National Park by evening and check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Kaziranga.
Day 14 Kaziranga National Park
Early morning explore central area of Kaziranga National park on an elephant safari. Ride an Elephant through the park chasing a unicorn rhino along with a wide range of rare species. Back to hotel for breakfast and lunch. After lunch again take jeep safari to the central area of the park. The most well-known inhabitant of this park is the one-horned rhino (Rhinoceros Unicornis) and the visitors from all over the world drop in to catch a glimpse of this magnificent creature. Rest of the day at leisure to explore nature. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Kaziranga.
Day 15 Kaziranga / Guwahati / Kolkata / Home
Early morning safari and later breakfast at the hotel. Post breakfast drive to Guwahati Airport (225 kms / 5 hrs) in time to connect your afternoon flight to Kolkata (1.5 hrs).
Apart from the elusive tiger sightings and stay at the jungle camp in Ranthambore, the other highlight of this tour is a guided boat cruise on Chambal, remote little hamlets, majestic ruins, stark ravines and the clear blue-green Chambal River, combines with grace and beauty of its residents to create an island of tranquility and raw natural beauty.
